Residential plans start at $3,500. Where a project lands depends on scope and complexity, so we put together a custom quote based on your actual specs rather than a menu price. Small remodels sit near the bottom of that range. Full custom homes run higher. We’ll tell you which one you are before you commit to anything.

What should I have ready before contacting JAA?

Three things: a working budget range for your overall project, the property or site you are working with, and roughly when you want to break ground. You do not need drawings or every detail figured out. That is our job.

How long does the process take?

It depends on the size of the project. Small residential plans may be turned around in a few weeks. Full custom designs and commercial work often take 1-3 months of design once an agreement is signed, and permits, approvals, and revisions can add time depending on complexity. Our team will give you a specific estimate once we learn the details. If you need a large project designed on a small-project timeline, we are probably not a good fit. If you want it done right the first time, that is what we do.
